The place looks nice and new, which it is but thats about the only advantage of this complex. Security is fairly non-existent and the lease pretty much specifies that mgt isn't responsible for any of it so if anything happens they say sorry and thats it. The gates are non-functional 90% of the time so anyone can walk in and they do. Mgt itself is pretty inept useful only in taking your rent check and thats about it. Anything else they prefer not to respond or even notify you of the situations. Lastly any maintenance is relatively quick, but not a permanent fix and thus they come back regularly. So for the cost of 1200/mo for a 2 bedroom its definitely not worth the price
