There are some good things about this place and some bad.

BAD: Homeless people all around, security is non-existent, parking isn't great, they seem to have very lax standards for screening residents, some people are very ghetto and loud, and there are tons of college kids.

GOOD: Great floor plans, great location with regard to accessing the city, interstates, etc., pricing is good, staff is friendly.

The "bad" keeps me from being able to recommend this place.
