Okay maybe I was a little harsh, and for that I do apologize - but I don't like being violated. Having a male inspect a female's bedroom is in BAD TASTE. Inspecting a bedroom period is in bad taste. And the first impression I got from Ms. Cash WAS RUDE AND PHONY. She was very abrupt with me and it was uncalled for. I may be wrong, but really, I don't know her. A lot of people don't - she came with no introduction. I've spoken with other residents. We're certainly entitled to have an opinion. And for the record, there was no notice that explained in detail what type of inspection would be taking place. It was vaguely written to sound as if management wanted to make sure things were in good shape and functional, when the real ulterior motive was to be nosy and look things to pick issues with. It's important to be specific and professional - you owe the residents at least that much. It's also important to use some tact when you speak (Debra). Slinging mud back shows your ignorance and unprofessionalism. You're a gossip monger that thrives on drama, and laughs at peoples misfortunes ---I know your type. You smile in people's faces and talk about them behind their backs. You're sneaky and dishonest. You're nosy. You'll tell people anything. If only you knew what the residents though of you. WOW.

I actually had opinions about the entire M Street staff, most of which were positive, but judging by the comments in response to my review, I see that I thought a little too highly of them. I've been nothing but nice up until now, and they KNOW this. The person who responded, Debra, has been a shady and phony character from the beginning, and it's very unprofessional to respond in the matter that she did. Two wrongs don't make a right. I can tell that she is an unhappy soul and it's obvious why, but I'll let it go, because she will eventually get what is coming to her. Having a pan burn does not make a person a "pork," (But smiling in a person's face and laughing at them behind their back DOES) and she will go to hell for laughing at my misfortune the way she did (Don't think that I didn't notice your behavior that day - I will not forget).

My issues:
Frequent Privacy-Violating "Inspections"
Phony office staff (Thought most of them were nice, but I guess not. I know who wrote the comments above - Debra!)
Section 8-Type Tenants

It doesn't take a genius to see that the majority of the reviews are NEGATIVE. The positives all come from management - apparently they spend a lot of time here, judging by the timeliness of the responses.

And one more thing - if anyone from management tries anything slick, please be advised that I do keep an excellent attorney.
