I am currently a resident of M Street Apartments and have yet to have any problems with the place. The only thing I would "warn" prospective residents about is the lack of an elevator. Whoever build this complex did not take into account the fact that not everyone is capable of climbing 60 stairs every day. That is the count in my building from the parking lot to the 3rd floor where my apartment is located. I love my floor plan and don't hear my neighbors very often. Though the floor plans may be "pricey" for downtown living it is comparable and the the addition of a redecorating fee is great for those who will hang things on the wall and paint their surroundings.
