I have lived in M Street for one year. I was lied to about the features of the apartments when I signed the lease and when I finally saw my apartment, it was different. There is always trash piling up sometimes dead rat bodies near dumpsters. The office/maintenance staff is very slow and unhelpful. My appliances are continuosly not working or there are leaks. Maintenance can take up to a week to come out. In my brand new apartment, things started coming apart the first week I moved in! I can never sleep because of noisy cars and loud music until 4am on weeknites! Spend your money elsewhere! Wish someone had warned me!
