I am currently a resident at M Street and I work for an apartment locating service. For intown living, it is not at all that pricey. I love my apartment! I do agree that it could work on the sound proofing. My apartment is very close to Marietta and Northside, and sometimes it sounds like the ER drive up. My neighbors above me sound like they are holding their own WWF wrestling arena. Besides the loud noise from my upstairs neighbors, I like it. The staff has been very helpful and the maintenance crew have been out within 24 hours of my request. I used to work at an aparment community, and I believe that M street is very well managed. As far as crime, duh' We are downtown in an area that is going through a revitalization. We are not in Buckhead!!! Get a clue. Check police reports! We are not in the country anymore!!!!
