Disadvantages
Noise - Neighbors can be rudely loud and noisy, there are trains behind the development that run all night and day that are very loud.
Security - The gates are almost always open and many cars have been broken into. There have been robberies at gun point.
Advantages
Pricing - Relatively cheap compared to other places in Atlanta.
Location - In the middle of downtown Atlanta. All the conviences of a major city. Close to Atlantic Station.
This would be a great place to live if there was a bigger focus by management about the security issues and the noise from other neighbors.
However, the management doesn't care.
If you are a college student, look around. There are cheaper options that don't have the same noise or security problems.
If you are a not a college student then go somewhere else because college students are loud.
