Don't let the low prices fool you. I can go on for days about how horrible this complex, but for the sake of time, lets try to summarize.

I agree that the gates are constantly broken. Thats because they open so freakin slowly, its ridicoulous!

You have crackheads and who knows else climbing the back fence by the train to get into the complex. These are the people that break into cars and some have been known to cypher gas. I actually saw one climb over the fence with a gas can! Then they go into the buildings and sleep in the open storage room areas. This has been reported, and nothing has been done about it! Someone's car windows in my building were even busted out one day.

Its often hard to get out or even into the complex due to it being on a main road where there is constant traffic, especially rush hour.

If you stay in the front, you constantly here construction or traffic or crackheads yelling/fighting. And if you stay in the back, you will most defitenly hear the train. The only safe place is in the middle but this is where they jack the rental prices up. Neighbors are extremely loud and rowdy.

The staff..Dont even get me started. Some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. And incredibly fake! With the exception of Omar. If he even works there anymore. My friend went in to see Omar one day and one of the ladies told him that Omar was out showing an apartment but he was welcome to wait outside! And it was over 98 degrees! (She knows who she is!)

Dont be fooled by the amount of space you see in the apartments when they show you initally. By the time you put your furniture in, it is incredibly cramped! And the apartments tend to get stuffy (but that is expected since it is made of concrete)

Parking, another terrible situation. There is never enough parking at night. You have to get home by 8 or 9pm just to park a building away from where you actually live. People even park in the drive-thru dumpster area b/c of the lack of space.

People commonly put their trash bags in the halls and leave them their for days at a time, since the dumpster is so far. Which causes the entire hall to smell fowl. And people barely ever clean up after their pets!

Like I said before, I can continue to ramble, but I'm sure theres a word count limit.

All that being said. I cant wait until my lease is FINALLY OVER!!!!!!! Run as fast as you can away from M street!
