Where can I begin... The most obvious place to start is the train. While you do get used to it, slightly, it still makes very loud noises in the middle of the night that are sure to wake the soundest sleeper. It wouldn't be so bad if all they did was ride by the apartment, but we live next to a train yard, so they are constantly starting, stopping, coupling, and blowing their horns less than 300 ft from my bedroom.

With all the bulletins about crime awareness, you would think that this was a priority to M Street. You would be wrong. The gates are constantly broken; the nightwatch is nonexistent; Safety is not improving.

On a personal note. When I moved in there was a small but adequate weight room. This was nice until two of the machines broke and have not been fixed for months. One less amenity.
