3. vibrating walls
4. people SLAMMING thier doors causing mine to shake
5. metal plate on the door unsecured so it rattles
6. trash in stairwells
7. people who don't pick up after their pet
8. lack of respect by tenants- yelling in the halls as if it were their own house
9. people "ding" your car as they swing their doors WIDE open- lack of respect
10. they gym is so dirty it STINKS and the tv's have been stolen, doctor said the skin infection I got was probably from the bacteria on the equipment
11. NO elevator- you climb up to 6 flights of stairs if you live on top floor
12. porch wood is so warped nails are coming u out of the wood and I've cut my foot
13. pool water is D-I-R-T-Y dirty, a friend got a staph infection and the doctor said it was probably from "a public pool"
