from the time i moved in it was horrible, my apartment was not ready when they said it would be when it was supposely ready there was trash in the middle of the floor broken glass lamps, blood stains in the bedroom. my friend never had a handicapp parking spot because someone was always parking there but yet my car was towed for parking by without a parking sticker when i actually had one the police just didnt look close enough. they never came to clear 5 bee hives on my patio until i got stung! Constant notices of theft on our property, to which i literly saw 3 cars rims stolen leaving their car on bricks, no joke. luandry facilty sucked never worked. I can remember walking down the hall saying to a friend "i hate living here," passing a tenant replying to me "i agree these apartments suck",the assistant manager needed to be fired for his lack of customer service. the manager never worked everytime i went into the office she was constantly primping herself. when i called the corporate office to complain they never even called me back. this was the worse decision i could have ever made.the best thing was the maintenace men they were the best!! DO NOT MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love living at M Street. My boyfriend live in a so called "upscale" neighborhood and someone broke into his car. IF this person paid attention they would know crime is happening everywhere right now. The staff is friendly and the complex is very nice. I SEE THE SECURITY GUARD WALKING AROUND EVERYNIGHT.
