Don't move here.

I am starting my second year at M St. Last year when we moved in, everything seemed fine except for a few minor problems with the apartment. This year we moved to another apartment in M St, and the move in process was and still is a nightmare. The apartment is in terrible shape. The doors were all broken, some windows, it wreaked of smoke, kitchen appliances don't work, the place is generally disgusting. The worst part of it all is that the management really could care less. I have either called or gone in to the leasing office every single day since we moved in a week ago and they keep making promises to fix everything, yet only about 10% of it has been dealt with. They refuse to reimburse us for the expenses that we have incurred trying to fix things ourselves. While this is a good location to be close to campus, I am most definitely never living here again. The management absolutely sucks.

That is the one thing I love about M Street, Is Management. The staff is friendly and very attentive to our needs. On the other hand, the community need to paint the hallways. They are filthy.

What puzzles me is how negative your review is but this is your second year at M Street apartments. What is the deal with that?
