Extremely LOUD and NOT safe!

Live walking-distance from the Fulton County Jail in a community with virtually NO security!
Like freight train horns' All day and all night' This is the place for you!
Grassy landscape full of dog crap... M Street has it all!
All this for the price of a high-rise condo!
I can't wait to move out. I can't sleep because the complex sits right beside some sort of freight train re-situating compound and to say it is loud is an understatement. It is so loud in my bedroom that I have to pause the TV and wait for them to finish going by or finish blowing their horns which they do at any time of night sometimes for as long as 4 or 5 minutes. It's nerve-rattling. I've jolted awake, sitting straight up in bed thinking a bomb just went off in the parking lot only to find that the trains have to ram into each other in order to reconnect cars.
...And my building is not even the one right next to the tracks.
People don't clean up after their dogs. And since parking is very tight, hopefully you're not crossing any grass on your way in from your car at night. It's always a nice surprise when you get home and see what's under your shoe.
Security' What's that'! For M Street, it means there's a guy who sits in his car outside the gate on his phone watching people drive in at night. I've been here for 6 months now and yet to see the gates in working order. The exit gate on the resident side is propped open 24/7 so not even residents wait on the entrance gate to open - we all just go in and out of that gate. If for some reason that gate were to be shut, the entrance gate doesn't have an arm and stays open for about 30 seconds.
We receive notices all the time that cars have gotten stolen or broken into, that apartments have been robbed, and that people have been held up. When I was moving in, there was a woman moving out telling me that she had just gotten out of her lease because she'd been held up at gun point and robbed in the stairway outside her apartment. You would think that that security officer who sits in his car out front of the complex would stop cars who are entering through the exit gate and make sure they are residents. Yeah right, and get off his phone'
