I especially like the location of this apartment complex because it is very close to I-75 and I-285. Traffic is pretty good in Cumberland Blvd even in the rush hours.

It is quiet and the parking lot is never crowded. I have placed several maintainence requests and they all got serviced promptly in the same day. The leasing office people were nice, too.

The house is a little bit old to me though, but still fairly clean. If you can get an apartment with new carpeting and stuff, it should be pretty nice.

There is only one place (!) for dumping garbage, which I think is a drawback. Basically I have to put the garbage in the trunk of my car and dump it on my way to work very morning.

I know some one-bed floor plan (Plan F' not sure) with the bath entrance inside the bedroom. If you have lots of friends hanging around all the time, it is a bit incomfortable.

And another thing is that you've got to keep your keys in good places. There is no LOCK-OUT service provided here in off hours. You have to call locksmith or wait until the other day. :)

The original price is a bit expensive compared with other apartment complex in similar locations. But if you can get a nice 2 or 3 months free, it should be pretty good.
