I moved out of this place recently for several reasons. First of all the place is 25 years old and although maintained pretty well smells like my grandmother's house. Secondly, the area of town that it is in I had anticipated being convenient to what I like to do but unless you like pre-teen mall rats and country folk around every corner, stay away. Traffic is always noisy and jammed right there at Cumberland. lastly, I wouldn't have minded the bugs, the age and the over-sized shrubs blocking the pathway to my house if everytime I went in to the office ask if something could be done about anything if they didn't think I should feel priveleged just to live there. The customer service was great when they wanted me to lease but afterwards there was nothing I could do to get them to help me. Priveleged to live there' Not likely!
