Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
My apartment had many problems including mold. The staff tried to convince me I was crazy, instead of ameliorating my situation, that is until I went above there heads to the regional management office. I had an easier time talking to and locating the general manager of Post Properties than I had locating the manager of the Post Woods property, who basically avoided me and my complaints.
