We lived here for a whole year, always paid our rent on time and never really complained about problems that we had with the apartment. Such as it being old and creaky and everything is falling apart.

We recently found a house which coincided with the end of our lease. We wanted to give a 30 days notice, just like any other apartment and they insisted that we have to give a sixty day notice.

The day we found out about the house I tried to talk to someone about this assuming they would be reasonable about this. The lady I needed to talk to wasn't there, so they told me to come back the next day, I came back the next day and they decided to close at 2:00, when I finally told them and despite the fact that it was only May 7th, they wouldn't even give us a break and let us give a move out date of June 30th. She insisted that it had to be July 6th.

The 60-day policy is the biggest scam I've ever seen and for this reason I would NOT recommend these apartments.
