*UPDATE
After a leak in some pipes in the wall, i come home to find big holes in the walls of my bathroom! I barely gave this place a recommendation, so I have to take it back. You can do better, make this a last resort.

I've been here a number of years, things were great when i first got here. Then the changes started with the staff. The new management is terrible and greedy. 5% increases the last 2 times i've renewed! The only reason I'm still here is the location and the extra year i need to have everything together before I move to my house.
Maitenance is great, they are always professional and quick to ttakle care of a job. The grounds are well kept, and I get to wash my car as often as i like for free. Considering i wash my car a lot, it factors into how much i pay in rent.
The walls in the apartments are very thin, i smell the stinky food my neighbor cooks, and I do mean STINKY! No pests/rodents. There was some huge snakes on the grounds, and i do mean huge. But that was in 2006 when i saw it.
If you are moving to Atlanta for the first time like me, this place is good. The location justifies the price somkewhat. I can leave for work at 9, and be there by 9:15. Even if traffic is bad, it becomes 9:30 if that. Us eht elocation as your learning point on where you would like to reside, you will quickly come to see that staying within the 285 perimeter is best if you can afford it.
