yes it is true that the ceilings are very creaky but overall the surroundings are very quiet. I do recommend living here for I have had no problems with noisy neighbors. I believe that the staff is very friendly except for michelle...she seems quite bitchy at times and is to be avoided at all COST!!!!!....check out some of the mov in specials but warning!!! rent is jcaked up after the first year!!!!! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
