Good... for the first year

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I was really happy with the apartment for the fist year, but when my contract to renew my lease for the second year, the rent had gone up 14%. This was a huge increase and put the apartment out of my price range. When I moved in, they had said "it might go up a little." A $130 per month increase is more than just a little.
