Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
After 6 years of of modest rent increases,
($30/month), got socked with a $100/month
rent increase. Other complaint, keep on adding fees year to year. I now pay for water, sewage, "common lighting", and an admin fee to "help" me pay them. They will also nickel and dime you when you leave for things as miniscule as a stain on the carpet. On the positive side, neighbors are good, immaculate landscaping, well kept fitness center, and private access to walking trail along the Chatahoochee.
