Not bad, but not great either

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived at Post Woods for one year. I was in school and the location to the interstate did make for a quick commute. We had a few problems; but considering the place was 30 years old, what do you expect' The dishwasher, garbage disposal, sink faucet, sewage leak, etc. were all resolved quickly...we got new carpet after the leak. However, we did get hit with a $700 fine after we moved out. (that was probably b/c of my roommate's dog though) People in the management office seemed very nice; they made a point to remember your name and unit number. Also, there was always a little man in a golf cart at the trash can in the mornings to help you unload your garbage. I never really took advantage of the lake or fitness center but the pool was nice. I actually threw a party at the smaller pool one night(the bar and ice machine were very convienent). Also, I never had any problems with insects although I lived on the terrace level. They seemed to spray pretty regularly.
Overall, I moved out because they raised the rent by quite a bit. I forget how much, but I want to say maybe it was a couple hundred dollars a month'' Anyway, at that price it wasn't worth it.
