Horrible staff to deal with

I am very unhappy living here. Staff is disrespectful and did not bother to listen concerns, I am wondering if this a usual complaint for Post Residents' I got a water bill of one day was for 325 gallons and 4 dollars of administrative fee. Even though the management knows that I moved in the apartment after that day.
They says, your billing cycle is getting adjusted. 1st month you will gets several bills , Obviously every bill be with 4 dollars administrative fee.
I think I did a mistake for moving here.I will not recommend anyone to live at this place.
