Madison Vinings Ridge formerly Post Woods

We've been here for eight months and have been counting down since the four month mark. WE hate living here! The office staff is rude and argumentative; but the grounds staff is always pleasant. We had termites burrow through the wall in our bathroom and the office staff told us to wait about six days for the scheduled exterminator visits. Not that their 30 year old buildings are worth calling an emergency service over! They didn't care and didn't want to deal with us or the porblem at hand. We had to stay in a hotel because the termites ended up infesting our apartment! They were all over the walls and our property! It was severly upsetting and disgusting to see bugs every where like in a horror movie.
The business center is a joke! Two computers that hardly work, a fax machine that has never worked, and a copy machine that turns off at random moments.
Most of all, our apartment is depressing. They wouldn't let us look inside a single apartment as to get a feel for the style of interior. (We were pressed for time and we trusted the Post name.) So, we signed a lease that we wish we had the money to cancel. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
Don't move here. This location puts the Post name to shame.

Office staff is often insensitive and tiring to deal with. The units are old and termites are a fact of life. If this happened to me I would have bought a can of Raid for $3 and called it a day. Too bad some tenants live up to the expectations of management - that we're incapable of dealing with curveballs. I had a snake over my door one night. I flicked it off with a stick and had a nice night. I didn't worry about calling maintenance for the serpent remover.
