My roommate and I attempted to move here, and thankfully we didn't. Anne Snellings may seem like a sweet lady, but she is a snake in the grass. She assumed my potential roommate and I are lovers and when he was denied rental, she canceled my application and told him we couldn't move because she knew he would sneak in. Then in a series of phone conversations she lied to me about the availability of the apartment I wanted, said it was rented, and later claimed she did not know it was rented. Most of the Post Properties are nice, if not over-priced, but this one is a definite "NO" if you don't want to get screwed. We are now in the process of fighting $400 in charges they claim we owe, $50 of which is for gate access! $50 for a gate we never had access to' These people are great at thinly veiling their concern for residents and potential residents, and will definitely try to take you for a ride if you let them. Don't fall victim to these sheisters.
