I've lived in this community for 7 years. There have been changes in the office staff which can be very hit or miss. The miss is the agent who embellishes to point of lying (Maintenance is in my apartment already fixing the problem' Really' Because I'm here and I'm alone.). But the worst is the agent who saw me coming up the walk to pick up a flower delivery. She got up from her desk and ran window blinds to hide because it was 5:02pm. The flowers were on a table within arm's reach of the door. When I questioned her about it the next morning, she condescendingly reiterated the closing time. She's VERY argumentative but boy is she friendly when she has a potential renter in the golf cart!

Staff-wise, I will say the best is the maintenance. The two grounds keepers (not the housekeeping) always have a smile and a wave, and Phil is friendly and willing to keep working on a problem until it's fixed. Thanks Phil!

Other than staff, the apartments are older so who knows what kind of future they have. Beware of the dampness in the basement apartments - the management does not acknowledge but they have a clause in the contract that the occupant has the burden of preventing mold.

The shining star here is an affordable price for a great location. The landscaping is wonderful and there are two lakes. A good (not great) workout room.

Overall, this has always been a quiet community but at least it was a community. One summer they showed an outdoor movie in the park. Now they try to have art shows, easter egg hunts, car maintenance workshops - kinda lame isn't it'

Don't let the staff ruin it for you - just play along, if you can.
