I've lived here over a year. Yes, the apartments are old, but they are sooo conveniently located and maintained well enough. Maintenance calls are timely addressed, I feel totally safe, the community is tranquil overall. I am unhappy with the unreasonably high rent renewals. In fact, I am leaving due to it, but overall, I've been very pleased with my stay.
