Renewals Rocket to the Heights

When a new renter pays $850 for the same apartment I pay $1050, it makes you wonder how much management appreciates long term tennants. You are punished for staying when each year the rent increases. At each renewal the attitude seems to be that they have you and can increase rent as much as they want. Convenience and timely maintenance are the good points. Safety is an illusion. I had my car stolen after the first few months.
