If you are looking to leasing an apartment at Madison at Vinings Ridge...DON'T DO IT! It will be the worst mistake ever. All the office people are rude, liars, work on their time not yours. I had plumbing issues for 10 months out of my 12 month lease. There were roaches crawling all over my guests and even in my shower! yes...my shower. it was disgusting! They were in my kitchen and surrounding the area to my fridge. I am a very clean tenant, but the bug problem in those apartments are unreal! The office manager will be the most difficult and rude person you will ever come across. She treats you like an idiot and refers to you as a number rather than a person. Don't be fooled by the front office fake faces and gestures....it will haunt you later on down the road.

Completely agree. I haven't had a bug problem, but management is a nightmare. Any complaints are treated with nonchalance, and when I handed in my 60-day notice, I was treated snidely and rudely. NOT the way to handle business. They are letting some very suspect tenants move in, too. I am glad I am moving.
