Since purchasing the property from Post, it has been a sheer nightmare living here. The plumbing problems are out of control, and the staff keeps giving the same stock answer: We're dealing with pipes that are 30 years-old. It's ridiculous. Today, the water is out again throughout the entire complex due to, yet another water main break. You cannot have this many water main breaks in a seven month span, unless you've created the problem yourself. The office refuses to tell the truth about the matter. Going without water once or twice in a year is not unheard of. Going without water eight or nine times in a seven month period, that's ridiculous. I will tell everyone I know about the treatment we get here. I will tell everyone to move somewhere else. It all starts with customer service, and they have none.

I live on the property also and it is kind of ridiculous, but if you don't know, the property is over 30 years old almost 35. And if the piping infrastructure has never been repaired or had problems, age will definitely cause problems. Not to mention the complex is in the middle of a wooded area and the roots of all the trees grow and are probably adding to the problem. Look at the infrastructure of the sewer lines in ATL. Post probably anticipated these problems and that maybe why they sold the community. Not to mention they are not insulated very well, if a COLD, COLD, blast comes through, you almost freeze in your apartment, especially the ones where the balcony was renovated and turned into a sunroom plus the windows have drafts. Everything shows wear and tear with age, even some of our bodies!!
