I just want to give Kudos to the whole team here with their renovations of new apartments. I moved in to Madison July 2, 2006 to an older apartment. Since Madison took over they renovated apartments and I just transferred to one. My lease was expiring and the young girl in the office (sorry I can't remember her name) was so nice in helping me decide to stay here and move to the new apartment. It is beautiful, everything is brand new and I got to stay at the place I already know I liked. My rent even was lower in the new apartment than the old one. She knows I like plants and helped me find an apartment with a pretty bush outside my window that I can look at when I read in my sunroom.
