In comparision to all the other reviews I had read this apartments are pretty great. They are good value and come with a washing/machine dryer and balcony. I never had long delays with maintenance it is usually the same day or the next. The only drawbacks are this is supposed to be a gated complex and if something happens to the gate they seem to be really slow in fixing it. However, they do have actual security on the premises. Occasional problems with neighbors who play their music loud. But for the most part a pretty nice place to live. Yu can always find parking right in front of your unit.
