I lived here when they were first built in 2000. I loved the apartment and the price, but the management was terrible. The people in the office were rude and nasty. My water was off for two days I had to contact the management company to get them to fix it. They acted as if it was no big deal!
There was really no place for the kids to play, so they played in the street or on the tennis court. They were the only ones who used the tennis court. Eventually a VERY small playground was built, but because it was too small the kids logically still played in the street or on the tennis courts.
The neighborhood is not that great so if your apartment faces a street outside of the complex, then you hear cars booming by all day and night. The gate was always broken. I could also hear a nearby dog fighting ring late at night. The apartment was nice then(when it was brand new), but I doubt these will stay nice for long because of the poor management. I definetly would not move there again!

I agree with one of the commenters. I lived here years ago when the apts were first built...the apts were nice (most new things are)...but the management was HORRIBLE. Very bad attitudes and even underhanded (will not go into details)...but my advice is to try to get a HOUSE instead. I've found most apt people are shady individuals, better to use your money and energy on your own thing...
