In response to the writer of "Hot"! What in the world did you just say' Please tell people who want a safe, inviting environment to live in the truth about Magnolia Park. What you just said made no since unless you like living in places in which you don't understand anything your neighbor is trying to tell you.
The truth is Magnolia was a really nice place to stay until they started to leave the gates open and you had to worry about someone leaving their trash outside in the breezeway for days. What about the loud, dramatic neigbors who put all of their business in the neighborhood. Or how about if you like hearing the club pull up to your window at 3:00 in the morning when you have to get up and go to work that same morning. The location does make it very convenient, but don't fool yourself or anybody else about the quality of the neighborhood.
Save yourself, don't be bamboozaled, and get out of the hole!!!

Fortunately, I'm able to read both "ghetto" and English. In a nutshell, the writer of "HOT" is a drug dealer! He/She likes the apartment... except for the fact that the Police patrol the area often (which is actually a good thing). He/She also blames the victim if they get robbed/carjacked numerous times by saying they shouldn't have been flaunting in the hood. I was interested in moving to this Complex, but thanks to Mr.HOT, I have a very vivid picture of what it's really like... the HOOD!
