I have stayed in Magnolia Park for over a year. The management is very thorough. They have responded to all my concerns quickly. There are some young people in the area but there has been a tremendous amount of change over the past year. The tenants that are "cutting up" are moving else where, or at least that is how it feels. I have had a pleasurable experience in the neighborhood. The price and location were perfect for me. The staff great. Nice size apartments.

I am looking for a new apartment to move into since im moving out of my parents place im in college and im a female. And i was looking at Magnolia as a nice place to move because the apartments look nice and its convient right next to ashby train station. but i havent seen the inside of the apartments yet. is it a little spacious not too cramp and is it a dangerous area. Also most needed to know! is the rent a reasonable price do they have based on income.? for young college students?
