I've lived here for two years and will say it that I have seen worse. I will not state that the community is safe because doors are kicked in and cars are broken into all the time. The only thing the complex will do is to repair the door. It's up to you for the rest. Moreover, this is not the safest neighborhood in Atlanta. I would classify this as the ghetto.
The apartment staff helps you when you are going through hard times which cannot be said for many apartments in Atlanta. For the monthly rent, you get water, washer, dryer, dishwasher, private balcony, and a community swimming pool. Anywhere else, these amenities could run you a pretty penny.
I state again, this is not a safe community and I would not recommend that you stay here for an extended period of time.
