I have lived here for a short time and have found some very good qualities and some not so good qualities, which of course will be found everywhere.

1) the management IS very helpful and nice, i have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them.

2) the dog crap is pretty bad, although they just sent out a notice they will start fining residents who don't pick up after their pets, which is a starting point.

3)the apartments across the street (gables walk) are definitely NOT cheaper...in fact they told me they will NEVER run specials, although their apartments are a bit nicer. i have a friend who lives there and only got a deal with them because she took an apartment right on the railroad tracks-the train goes by her place no joke, about 8 times a day. magnolia vinings had a killer deal on a 1 bedroom when i moved in and it was the best deal in atlanta, believe me i checked EVERYWHERE.

4) my fridge and freezer broke in the middle of the night and all my food spoiled...the management said if i would give them some canceled checks or receipts of grocery purchases they'd refund me no problem.

5)the place seems like it was put together pretty cheap (like most medium grade apartments are) for example, the laundry room doors are really flimsy.
