I have lived at Magnolia Vinings since September. The layout is really unique, and I love the way I cant hear my neighbors every two seconds. The construction is good and sound. The only noise is the highway. This bothered me for a few months, but then I figured 'thats what you get when you want convenience to major highways.'

The main reason why I will renew my lease is because of the office staff. They are very helpful and the maintenance staff responds to my calls usually the same day.

There are lots of young professonals that live here, but there are not many resident functions. Neighbors are friendly and social regardless.

My biggest complaint about this property is parking. Its very difficult to find a parking spot after 8pm. I usually have to park at least two buildings away or up the hill.

All in all, I would highly recommend this property to anyone! The floorplans are roomy and bright, and its close to everything.
