I have read other reviews on here and will agree with most of them. The parking here is a total nightmare, unless you're handicapped. They do issue citations for parking in the fire lanes and handicapped spaces, even though there is nowhere else to park. There is dog sh** all over the place. As a result, I don't ever walk through the grass. Maintenance takes a couple of trips, and one time, they didn't even fix what was written up. We had to call them back a couple of days later. There is a train that runs by on the east side of the complex and I-285 on the west side, so it is pretty noisy, not to mention the thin walls. There is only one cable company to choose from, and that cable is horrible. If you want Direct TV, you must go through this one vendor, and trust me, you pay for it. The hot tub at the pool FINALLy works after living here over a year and is still brown in the bottom. The trash is overflowing on the weekends at the compactor; however, they did install a new one a few months ago and it has improved a little. The security gate is often broken which probably is the reason we had a break-in in the community a couple of months ago. Management staff is very friendly now that they have new management. Hopefully they can fix some of these problems.
