NOT BAD PLACE, BUT ALSO, NOT ALL GREAT

I LIVED HERE FOR ONE YEAR, ENDING 2/1/04.
ANY PROBLEMS WERE QUICKLY CORRECTED, PARKING WAS THE WORST IF YOU GET IN LATE, DONT PARK IN HANDICAP, POLICE GAVE ME TWO PARKING TICKETS...POLICE STATION/FIRE STATION IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF COMPLEX.( BOTH TIMES FIRE ALARM WENT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, IT TOOK OVER FIVE MINS. FOR FIREMEN TO ARRIVE), DOGS FREELY USE THE GRASS, AND OWNERS DO NOT ALWAYS CLEAN. MGMT.SENDS MEMO, BUT TO NO AVAIL.THE GATE IS A JOKE.CARS, UPON CARS CAN GET THROUGH..POOL AND BUSINESS CENTER OK..MGMT REALLY COOL AND NICE.I WOULD RECOMMEND, I ONLY PAID 849 FOR A 2BR/2BT 3RD FLOOR
