Please don't be fooled by the renovations currently taking place at Magonlia Vinings. They are only to the leasing office and it isn't even available for the tenants to rent. They are simply trying to polish up the office to fool new tenants into thinking its a nice apartment. But its not.

* THE BREEZWAYS ARE FILTHY and have NEVER been cleaned since I've lived there. I had to clean mine myself. It was so embarassing to invite people over and see all the black stains from people leaving their garbage outside and letting it drip on their way to take it out.

* NEVER WALK THROUGH THE GRASS. There are so many dogs in the complex and the owners just let them pee and poop all over the place.

* DON'T RENT A GROUND LEVEL APARTMENT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BIG GRASSY HILL. When it rains your patios will flood and all water will track debris on your patio.

* CREEPY MAINTENANCE MEN.

* SOMEONE'S DOOR IN BLD 400 (BACK OF COMPLEX) was kicked in. This wouldn't be so bad if the gate provided some security.

* POINTLESS SECURITY ENTRANCE GATE. Let me let you in on a little secret, if the gate is closing you can run up on it even if it only has 2 feet to close and it will open right back up.

* UNFRIENDLY LEASING STAFF. All they want is your money and their comission (if they earn it) they look like all they spend their $$ on is make up.

* POOR PARKING SITUATION. If you come in after 6pm, please believe that you will have to par very far. The 400-600 bldgs have the worse parking.

* DON'T BELIEVE THE MAINTENANCE GURANTEE. They don't fix everything within 24 hours. And if they do come they will break something else.

* POOR LANDSCAPING. The grass is cut two weeks to late and the bushes by your window are sure to grow too big.
