I've lived here for 2 months and have enjoyed nearly all of it. Excellent buildings, amenities, and location. The staff is a pleasure to work with. I actually wrote a comment letter to their management! They offer free tennis lessons and are currently installing a tanning bed. Everyone that has come by has loved our apartment. Not ghetto at all. Nice class of neighbors.

They have stopped trash pickup so now there isn't trash fluid all over the breezeway.

Eventhough the location is great in relation to ATL and the interstate, it could be better. If you are unlucky may live on the North side of the complex and be backed up right next to I-285. Nonstop traffic nose. If you are on the south side you will hear train noise late in the evening. I initially was given a North side apt. Stayed there only 1 night. I was able to get them to move me over to the south side. Trains in the evening isn't so bad. when you fall asleep you don't notice it. If you plan on checking this place out make sure you check out the actual apt you will be living in and pay attention to the noise. Oh parking was horrible on the North end too. Make sure the building that's available for you has plenty of parking. They have deposits on everything but atleast they are deposits and not fees where they keep it at the end. Oh the gate is for asthetics only. It keeps noone out.
