I have lived in some ghetto apartment complexes before, but this one takes the cake!! You should only move in here if you enjoy hearing your neighbors play loud music at all hours, like the smell of pot in the evening, and think a staff of idiots is the right way to run a complex. Since moving in here, we have had nothing but trouble with the staff - don't believe anything they tell you! Maintenance work will not be done when promised, and you won't be notified that someone is entering your apartment until they arrive. Our neighbors have gotten progressively more ghetto since we moved in - likely due to an incredible rent decrease to fill empty apartments. Hmmm. Guess you get what you pay for here. The previous rating must have been written by a leasing agent - what a crock! Don't forget the parking problems mentioned by multiple other people - that's all true as well.
In closing, I can live with the incessant noise from 285 and the frequent trains, but the caliber of resident here is embarrassing. If you plan to like where you live - don't move here! I regret every day that we signed a lease and have to ride it out to avoid lease termination fees.
