I have been pretty pleased with Magnolia. I've had one service request and it was answered within 8 hours for just a small problem. As with most apartments the gate is broken about 30 to 40% of the time. I have found that for the most part the leasing staff is sub-par, when renting just make sure you check over documents and bills and you'll be fine. Noise isn't a real big problem, you can occasionally hear the person above you walking around but other than that it's just your typical city noise. Overall I'd give it an 80%.
