The good and the BAD

I have lived at Magnolia Vinings for a little over a month now and here is what I have found out so far.
The bad first
1) If you go with regular cable (Charter) then you can bet that your reception will be poor. Some of the channels are clear but most are fuzzy or have lines and distortion. I called the cable company twice and they came out and were unable to improve the reception. At that point I tried to get a dish but Magnolia management would not let me mount a dish on the roof. This is the only place where I clould place it becuase I cannot get reception anywhere else because the way my apartment is facing. So now I am stuck with terrible cable service.
2)The security gate is a complete joke. They said they are going to hire a security guard but if you believe that I have some pretty nice swamp land for sale.
3) Breezeways are pretty nasty. I cannot believe that they cannot pressure wash these.
4) Management at the complex is pretty clueless. Please come in and talk to them or call them they have the combined IQ of a bag of rocks.
5)Parking can be bad if you come in late.
6) Trash compactor seems to be always full. Why cant they do this right'
Now the good
1) I have an apartment on the third floor and it is pretty quiet. I have not heard my neighbors a bit. The only noise I do get is from the train that runs nearby but thats not too bad.
2) I have a pretty good skyline view of ATL and the location is great when trying to commute to different places in Atlanta.
3) Maintenence was responsive when I need them to fix something.
In conclusion I would say that there are better places out there so keep looking but you could do worse....Overall gra
