Lived in Post Collier Hills before this apartment for two years and the main issues deal with inadequate parking and poor management communication to the residence. The parking lots are always too full so you can't find a place to park in the evenings and management does not care much about the customers (considering this is their job it would only make sense that they would at least pretend to care). There have also been issues with car breakins, which is strange considering property is gated and there's a police station less than a mile away (maybe they're too busy going to the donut shop). Roaches are also a problem on the property, but this is probably common in Georgia. They're currently repainting the apartments and don't put out warnings about it until the morning of, resulting in unwanted paint on many of the cars. Considering the price, this is a decent deal, though the drive back and forth to Atlanta is getting tiresome and sucks if you get stuck in traffic.

Ok I've lived in this complex for over a year and have never seen one roach so I dont agree with you on that. Maybe buildings are different but I dont have any and wouldnt live there if I did. The drive back and forth to downtown is not bad at all and its traffic everywhere. The gate is a joke, one person lets 10 cars in so that definitely is not going to keep unwanted people out!
