Like any other sales pitch, you fall for the bull. Plus, we got a really great deal on rent. However, you get what you pay for...Management is a joke, office staff is beyond incompetent, maintenance is fine when they show up, parking is non-existent, some residents are a bit scary. They are doing "renovations", but don't let that fool you. Anyone who pays "market price" for their rent is insane, not worth it. Oh yeah and management likes to change their minds about concessions they have given in the past and then start sending letters to make you pay. i would strongly suggest not living here...ever. i cannot wait until my lease is up.

What's so scary about some of the residents? That comment always puzzles me, unless it's made by an admitted racist. But, I'm sure your comment wasn't meant in that way at all. Enlighten me, because I'm apartment hunting, and I'd like to avoid 'scary' neighbors, as well.

What does racism have to do with this? The class of people has been going down at this complex since this new manager took over. Cars and apartments are broken into on a weekly basis. Do not rent here until they get rid of this manager.

I have been looking into renting at Magnolia Vinings and I heard that there are a lot of misplaced Katrina tenants. Can anyone please tell me if this is true or not? Race aside, it is a proven criminal statistic that crime has increased in complexes and residents that the government has placed Katrina victims.
