Living in building 1 of this complex sucks hard as hell. During the summer, all the lazy --- residents part their cars in this area so they can go to the pool because they are afraid to walk 200 feet to their destination. Good luck findin a parking place near your apartment from the months of April - October. Also, the residents at this apartment cant keep thier kids on a leash! You will have 12 year old kids flirting and screaming pretty much all year round, they NEVER stay around thier own apartment complex. BEWARE. OH yea this is also a Hurrican Katrina washout apartment.. so you can expect the fun with that too..
