Living in building 1 of this complex sucks hard as hell. During the summer, all the lazy ass residents part their cars in this area so they can go to the pool because they are afraid to walk 200 feet to their destination. Good luck findin a parking place near your apartment from the months of April - October. Also, the residents at this apartment cant keep thier kids on a leash! You will have 12 year old kids flirting and screaming pretty much all year round, they NEVER stay around thier own apartment complex. BEWARE. OH yea this is also a Hurrican Katrina washout apartment.. so you can expect the fun with that too..
