I have been at Magnolia for one month now. I find it to be just fine, one month may not say much, but i've had a toilet problem three times and they came immediately. There was an apartment that had a smoke fire, it set off the sprinklers, they came immediately and they cleaned the area up. I had ceiling stains they came immediately and repainted. I do think they could was the walkways down some, because there are a lot of stains on the groundI requested they wash the walkways because of stains, they came immediately. The only issue is out of the 4 weeks, the gate has not worked for three weeks. Hopefully, this will be dealt with soon enough because it is dark and I'd feel safer is someone cannot just walk into the complex on feet. Otherwise I'm o.k. with Magnolia Vinings. In reference to the gate, the only gates that really work with no problem is the gate with the arm, it allows one car at a time, it would be nice if cold have that, but probably not, because of the short distance of the entryway to the road. The entry gate could close faster, not allowing 4 cars in at a time. Things could be worse.
