I have lived here since Fall 2006. I like my apartment. I wish I could take it with me when I leave. The response was quick the only time I needed maintenance. The office staff is friendly. Biggest complaint is on fellow residents... please pick up pet waste! Location is VERY convenient. I have lived all over atlanta, I give it a 7. The gate works ninety five percent of the time, and if you are a seasoned renter, you know that is major. The only reason that I am leaving is because I can get the same apartment cheaper in the area.
